By accessing or using the Logos RX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Logos RX is a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. All medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Prescription Requirements

All compounded medications dispensed by Logos RX require a valid prescription. We verify all prescriptions before compounding and dispensing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Logos RX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Logos RX (Tradeline SH, Inc. d/b/a Logos Pharmacy) offers the Logos RX Order Notifications text messaging program.

What we send. Informational texts about prescriptions you have ordered from us: order status, shipping and delivery updates, ready-for-pickup reminders, refill reminders, and requests to contact the pharmacy about your order. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never advertise medications by text.
How you join. You will receive texts only if you provide your mobile number and agree to receive order notifications by text. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your orders.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you reply START.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 855-564-6779 or support@logosrx.com.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. To protect your privacy, our texts do not include medication names or details about your prescriptions. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
